Days of
Separation.

Eight weeks to a better athlete. A stronger arm. A stronger mind. 60 Days of Separation is the Standard Performance offseason development system, built on one idea: the separation happens in the unseen work.

01 / Inside the Program

The four pillars.
Nothing left to chance.

The original Standard Performance packet, rebuilt as a day-by-day digital system. Every day has a plan. Every week has a phase. Every athlete has a checklist, and every coach and parent can see the streak.

PILLAR 01

Elite Habits

Small daily actions done with discipline create lasting separation. Consistency, accountability, mental toughness.

PILLAR 02

Elite Strength

A strong athlete moves better, throws harder and stays durable. Foundational strength, explosive power, functional movement.

PILLAR 03

Elite Performance

Speed, power and velocity come from purposeful training and progression. Velocity, speed, high level skills.

PILLAR 04

Elite Durability

Durability is not luck. It is built through smart training and proper recovery. Arm care, recovery, resilience.

02 / The Digital Version

03 / How It Will Sell

For athletes. For teams.
For whole organizations.

Individual athletes can run it alone. Coaches can run it as a team with a roster dashboard. Organizations can put every age group on the same standard. Pricing lands with the launch. Beta teams get first access.

The eight weeks

Four phases.
Forty sessions.

Eight weeks, five training days a week, forty sessions. The weekly rhythm stays the same so the athlete always knows what today is for, but the programming changes every two weeks. A new phase is a genuinely different demand, not the same session with more weight on it.

Phase 1 · Weeks 1-2 · Foundation
  • Arm down, no throwing at all
  • Scapular and shoulder health
  • Hip and lower body strength
  • The arm earns the right to throw
Phase 2 · Weeks 3-4 · Build
  • Throwing returns, mechanics first
  • No weighted ball
  • Loads climb 10 to 15 percent
  • Intent stays controlled
Phase 3 · Weeks 5-6 · Power
  • Weighted ball introduced, gated
  • Capped at four weeks total
  • Mechanics watched closely
  • Velocity work begins in earnest
Phase 4 · Weeks 7-8 · Performance
  • Output. Program-high intent
  • Strength loads peak
  • Post-program testing
  • The numbers that prove it worked
MondayVelocity
+ Lower Body

Build arm speed and force production. The most important training day of the week.

TuesdayRecovery
+ Mobility

Restore the arm and prepare for the next high intent day. Recovery days make you better.

WednesdayRotational
Power

Transfer strength into power. Throw harder, hit harder, move more explosively.

ThursdaySpeed
+ Agility

Sprint mechanics, acceleration and change of direction that transfers to the field.

FridayPerformance
Day

Apply everything built through the week with maximum intent. Log the velocity record.

Throwing intensity is coached on a scale: 50 percent easy recovery, 70 percent controlled, 85 percent firm and athletic, 100 percent maximum intent. Most throwing is never 100 percent.

Try it first

Run day one
before you buy anything.

Day 1 of the program is free. It is a Phase 1 session, which means the arm stays down: full movement prep, the expanded J-band series, lower body strength and core, with loads laid out for every age group. Print it and run it with your athletes tonight.

What is in the free session
  • Movement prep, the full warm-up the program runs on
  • Expanded J-band series, six movements for shoulder health
  • Lower body strength and core, with loads by age group
  • No throwing, because Phase 1 is a deliberate arm reset
